Domenic Paolini, M.D., J.D.

A former physician and surgeon, Domenic Paolini can analyze medical records and conduct medical malpractice investigations with an exceptional level of efficiency and understanding.  Attorney Paolini has successfully handled numerous claims of medical malpractice against physicians and other medical providers.  These cases are expensive to bring to trial, but Domenic will not let burdensome costs of litigation get in the way of securing a positive outcome for his client if he believes the claim is with merit.

 

Attorney Paolini received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  However, prior to becoming the experienced attorney he is today, attorney Paolini also graduated from Harvard Medical School.  Following medical school, attorney Paolini became a successful surgeon.  He also has earned an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Boston University

Richard M. Haley, Esq.

A founding member of Paolini & Haley, Richard M. Haley began his legal career defending complex medical malpractice cases at a well known, medium sized insurance defense firm in Boston.  He now uses his firsthand knowledge of malpractice defense and insurance policy to represent individuals injured through negligent medical treatment.  He also represents cases in other personal injury matters, including injuries from defective products and dangerous premises. 

 

In addition to plaintiff's work, attorney Haley also represents licensed professionals in front of their respective boards, including the Board of Registration of Medicine and Board of Bar Overseers, when those professionals' licenses to practice medicine or law are threatened.  Rich's many years of experience and knowledge of the process makes him an excellent advocate for any professional threatened by their license board.

 

Richard received his J.D. in 1988 from the Northeastern University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  He received his Bachelor's degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, where he was also a standout athlete on the school's football and baseball teams.
